A stroke occurs when there is a disruption in the blood supply to a part of the brain, leading to brain
cell damage. This can happen in two main ways:
lschemic Stroke: This is the most common type of stroke, accounting for about 85% of cases.
It occurs when a blood clot or plaque buildup blocks a blood vessel, reducing blood flow to the
brain. Without
oxygen and nutrients, brain cells begin to die.
Hemorrhagic Stroke: This type happens when a blood vessel in the brain ruptures, causing
bleeding in or around the
brain. The bleeding can increase pressure inside the skull, damaging brain tissue. Hemorrhagic
strokes can be caused by conditions such as high blood pressure, aneurysms, or arteriovenous
malformations.
There is also a Transient lschemic Attack (TIA), often called a "mini-stroke," which occurs
when blood flow to the brain is temporarily interrupted but does not result in permanent damage.
TIAs often serve as a warning sign for a potential future stroke.

are recommended during recovery phase. Green World supplements should be seen as a complementary
approach, not a replacement for standard medical treatments such as rehabilitation therapies and
prescribed medications.
